I started my career as a president of Daein Metal Industry Corp. more than 30 years ago, and have engaged in land development business since 1985 by founding Shinil Construction & Engineering Co., Ltd. (1985 to 1997) and Twin Housing Co., Ltd. (1997 to 2002). The joint start-up of KoRED Housing Inc., established in 2003, with the Military Mutual Aid Association (MMAA) of Korea successfully completed a 2600-unit Dongcheon Raemian Housing Project which was the first case ever led by the private sector in the housing development industry of the nation. KoRED Housing is currently developing the Sindong Housing Complex Project in Suwon City. BK Global Co., Ltd was established for the purpose of extending our business far beyond the borders, and we are currently increasing our investment in foreign activities such as capital, technology, managing know-how, human and natural resources, and other industrial factors by strengthening our global network with oversea partners. As an international investment company, we are focused on the development of overseas energy resources, such as coal, petroleum, and gas, bio energy, SOC, such as power plant and roads, and large-scale commercial-residences. Our business areas are closely related to the core elements of the 21st century world economy, and particularly, to those that boost the success of emerging economies. For instance, sustainable energy resource development, such as coal, petroleum, and gas will contribute to balancing the need for global energy. SOC development, such as power plant, is an infrastructure of industrial production regardless of any nation. We are also participating in the development of alternative energy that is directly linked to human survival by building a full commercial cycle production system, from raw material to final production. Moreover, we are trying to develop high quality composite housings, which will lead the new residential culture, in order to satisfy the increasing demand for secure house. While promoting these operations, we are confident that we will deliver the outstanding corporate performance with the following advantages: First, with nearly 30 years experience in various Korean business fields, we have gained many valuable experience, business know-how, capital and human network.
